CIVIL CEREMONIES
Our guests are advised that they should make contact direct with the Registrar in Basingstoke concerning arrangements for their ceremony.
When a provisional booking is made for a civil ceremony at the hotel, the Bride and Groom are requested to contact the Superintendent Registrar at Basingstoke on 0300 555 1392.
OUR SPACES
Highclere Suite: Max 220 guests, £1000
Basing / Chineham Suite: Max 120 guests, £600
Tournament Suite: Max 80 guests, £500
Hampshire Lounge / Vyne Room: Max 40 guests, £450
Courtyard Gazebo: Max 12 guests, £450
Please note no alcohol is allowed in the ceremony room. Above prices include VAT and don't include the Registrars fee.
