I had a spa treatment with Faran, she was very friendly and really good at what she does. She was knowledgeable on Elemis products and made me and my partner feel comfortable. I would recommend.

Stayed for 2 separate nights during a sports tournament being held there. Have stayed before so knew it would be good... and it was. Good clean rooms, good food, nice atmosphere, helpful staff, everything I hoped for. Would very much recommend.

Just returned from a 1 night spa break, both myself and my husband thought the spa treatments were wonderful, I had a massage with a facial and my husband the back to business ritual. My therapist was Emily and she was great, it would be good to share any product recommendations after the treatment though. The spa facilities were basic but it had a sauna and steam room, plus 2 pools. We ate at the restaurant in the evening, the panna cotta Stilton starter wasn’t great, it didn’t taste of Stilton at all, but the steak we had for main was really nice. We paid £5 for 4 onion rings which felt a bit much! Breakfast was fine, granola, yoghurt, fruit, cooked options, toast pastries etc. the room was clean, relatively modern and was fine for what we needed. overall thought it was good value for money and would definitly come back.

We have stayed at Hampshire court a number of times whilst visiting relatives locally and always enjoy the stay. Rooms and bathrooms are good, included breakfast is good, location is great for us. This time we did have problems with no Hot water so no shower 1 Eve. Our room looked over the park at the back where during the evening teenagers were blasting out very load music till late and a very noisy trials motorbike was being used for hours which detracted from our quiet eve. We look forward to another stay later this year but we will have to ask for a different room location.

Had fantastic food the fish and chips was the best I've ever had The outside area was very nice because it's not long been done out. Stayed with my mum. We enjoyed the spa that was also amazing. Would stay again just for the food!!!

Hotel and rooms pretty good / 3/4 star facilities and clean. Only issue is a pretty poor healthy options breakfast choice. May be time to move with the zeitgeist and put a bit more effort into the fruits, nuts and cereal options. Bar evening menu would also benefit from review.

Extremely empressed with the spa treatments received on my stay here. I was treated by a girl named Mia who was an absolute star! Very friendly and professional and paid extra attention to detail with my requirements for a back massage and facial. I’ve never felt so relaxed.

Lovely hotel. Spotlessly clean and comfy. Highly recommend. Location is great for Basingstoke but also the quaint villages around and very near Jane Austin’s house.

I am surprised at a hotel of this size and calibre doesn’t offer a secure Wi-Fi for guests. No fridges in the room. Room was clean and comfortable, bed exceptionally comfortable, the duvets were very good but made for rather a warm night, even with the window open. Having a window that opened was most definitely a plus point, so many hotels serve you up with windows that cannot be open so rooms are stuffy. All the staff were excellent.

Booked room for my elderly parents who were visiting. Young lad on reception was really friendly and patient to help them. Room was lovely huge bed, bath and shower and superb value for the night. I messaged hotel beforehand to check if ground floor was available, they are all first floor so room was found near to lift. 10/10

Today, on our anniversary (21st May 2026), my wife and I had an absolutely wonderful experience at Hampshire Court Hotel & Spa in Basingstoke. From the moment we arrived, the whole day was perfectly organised by the professional and welcoming staff. The receptionist gentleman was extremely polite, humble, and guided us through our full day plan, which immediately made us feel relaxed and valued. We booked the spa package with a 60-minute deep tissue massage and a 30-minute full body scrub, and honestly, it was one of the best spa experiences we have ever had. I have done many deep tissue massages across different countries, but the massage at Hampshire Court Hotel was truly on another level. A very special thank you to IDA, who did my massage. She was incredibly professional, polite, and highly skilled. You can immediately tell that she really knows what she is doing. The pressure, technique, and care she provided made the whole experience feel heavenly and deeply relaxing. I left feeling completely refreshed, stress-free, and genuinely impressed. Without any doubt, this was the best deep tissue massage I have ever experienced. The food was also excellent, and the whole atmosphere of the spa and hotel was peaceful, clean, and beautifully maintained. Another great thing is that Hampshire Court Hotel is only 10 minutes away from our home, so we will definitely be visiting again very soon. I would highly recommend Hampshire Court Hotel & Spa to anyone looking for a relaxing spa day, professional treatments, and outstanding customer service. Nice hotels, dinner menu was OK. Breakfast was a let down, not well organised and lacking in the detail i.e. not enough spoons or small plates. Spa ang gym facilities we good.

Lovely room, really spacious bathroom, A/c worked perfectly. Bed was comfy could’ve done with some spare pillows personally. Spa and massage was amazing. Was a little concerned if they cleaned the pool side often enough and the layout of the pool area was very confusing at first. Location was perfect for us, quiet neighbourhood but super close to the local shops, plenty of parking. Dinner was lovely but service needed improving; we were there on a busy bank holiday weekend and they weren’t staffed enough so people were waiting a long time/being forgotten sadly. Similarly breakfast was self serve for hot drinks which was a bit awkward as you then had to carry a boiling mug around the room between other people.

We went for a weekend spa break after our wedding and the stay was absolutely wonderful. The staff on the main desk were fantastic and always happy to help and Amy in the spa team was incredible - our spa treatments weren't originally showing up on the system and she went above and beyond to make sure they were booked and sorted to ease our minds. Food was delicious and all staff we interacted with were lovely and welcoming. We had a balcony with our room, and with the hot weather this was a godsend, and was lovely to chill on throughout our stay. We would absolutely love to stay here again

I had no expectations as it was a cheap night away for us but i was pleasantly surprised. My friend and i had a lovely time, our room was clean and spacious with a large bathroom. We enjoyed using the pool. The staff were professional and helpful. I would definitely book again.
