What you need to know

What are check in and check out times?

Our check in time is available from 3pm on the day of arrival and check out time is before 11am. If you wish to extend your reservation to a late checkout on the day of departure, we charge a fee of £10.00 per hour. If you would like to arrange this before your arrival, please speak to our reception team directly.

Are you allowed pets?

We are a pet friendly Hotel, so bringing your furry friend along for your visit is not a problem. Animals are charged at £20.00 per animal per night.

Do you have lift facilities?

We do have a lift to the first floor of the hotel where all bedrooms are located. Unfortunately, we do not have any rooms located on the ground floor.

Do you have electrical car charging points?

Yes, we have two Charge Masters.

What is the cancellation policy for rooms?

If you have booked the Best Available Flex Rate you can cancel anytime up to 4pm on the day prior to the day of arrival with no charge. Cancellation after this time will incur a charge for your first night’s stay. Other rates may carry different cancellation terms and these will be confirmed at the time of enquiry or booking.
