14 August | Burn & Boogie Weekend

Our all-inclusive package includes over 30 different classes to choose from, 2 nights’ accommodation, delicious global cuisine, and unforgettable evening entertainment - including Boogie Bingo!

Join likeminded people in a variety of classes, suitable for all fitness levels in a friendly group environment. From holistic to high energy, Aqua to racquet sports, and much much more. Each class is led by experienced instructors who aim to motivate and support participants, ensuring everyone feels included and challenged at their own pace. By day, focus on your health and wellbeing. By night, let your hair down with quizzes, music, dancing, and great company.

ITINERARY - SUBJECT TO CHANGE

Friday - Arrive & Energise

Afternoon: arrival from 2pm. Ease into the weekend by choosing two classes to kickstart your energy levels.
Evening: enjoy an Italian buffet dinner served in our Hampshire Restaurant and get to know fellow guests, followed by a fun, interactive quiz with prizes.

Saturday - Train, Refuel & Celebrate

Morning: start your day with a hearty breakfast, then choose two more classes from our extensive programme.
Lunch: refuel with a vibrant Mexican buffet.
Afternoon: take on two additional classes or unwind your way—relax, explore the local area, or indulge in a rejuvenating Elemis treatment (available at an additional cost).
Evening: from 7pm, enjoy a summer BBQ in the Courtyard Garden, followed by the ever-popular Boogie Bingo and a lively disco until midnight.

Sunday - Refresh & Reset

Morning: kick off with an optional early morning group run, followed by breakfast.
Finish your weekend with a Group Stretch & Flex session, leaving you feeling refreshed, restored, and ready for the week ahead.
Check-out and departure.
