What are your restaurant opening times?

Breakfast is served in The Hampshire Restaurant from 7am – 9.30am on weekdays, and from 8am – 10.30am at weekends.

Opening times for dinner at The Hampshire Restaurant are 6pm – 9.30pm every day.

Bar food is available 11am – 9.30pm every day.

Do I need to prebook breakfast?

There's no need to book a time, however, if there is a specific time you'd prefer to enjoy your breakfast, simply advise a member of our team at reception on check-in.

Do you have Halal meat?

We'll always try and accommodate any dietary requirements. Please let your server know your preferences when you join us for a meal.

Do you cater to different dietary requirements?

We offer a range of tasty Vegetarian and Vegan dishes. Our menus show options with V = Suitable for Vegetarians and Ve = Suitable for Vegans. We also offer gluten-free meals. Our menus show options with GF = Gluten Free and GFA = Gluten Free Alternative Available.

Please note our food is prepared in a kitchen where nuts, gluten and other known allergens or intolerance's may be present.

Lovely hotel and facilities, all staff very welcoming and friendly, highly recommended

Weekend break.

The hotel is very comfortable and the staff are friendly. It has 2 swimming pools one of which is adult only. Breakfast is buffet and good. We haven't used the gym but it has lots of equipment.

Lovely room and pleasant stay

Very pleasant stay, upgraded to a beautiful room which was much appreciated. Nice meal in the restaurant. My only negative would be that the appearance of the staff could be much improved , they were however very friendly and welcoming.

Perfect Girls Spa Trip!

My best mate and I went for an overnight spa trip to destress and have fun. Every single member of staff we interacted with was so friendly and helpful. I had a wonderful massage and facial in the spa from Emily; she was thoughtful when talking through the treatment and was happy to adjust to meet my needs. I left feeling relaxed and glowy. The place was clean and peaceful with great food and drink. Excellent value for money and we would definitely stay again! Room was a good size with everything needed. Bathroom could do with a makeover and would be nice to have conditioner as well as the complimentary shampoo/shower gel. Around the pool area looks like it could use some updating/repair and maybe a better lounge solution for around the pool as not much comfy seating.

Great location has improved since last visit the pillows could be a lot better we had a problem on last night as bathroom smelt very strong of sewage.

I'd like to give a special mention to Brooke, a talented therapist at the spa, who provided an exceptional treatment during my recent visit. She expertly administered a foot and lower leg massage, i explained some issues I was experiencing and working to address these areas. Her knowledge of pressure points and technique was impressive, and she delivered a truly relaxing experience. Thank you, Brooke, for a wonderful treatment - it was truly rejuvenating! 😊

Good base for exploring Austin Country

My friend and i enjoyed our stay. We explored Jane Austin Country and this was a perfect base for it. The hotel, facilities and rooms were clean, any requests were accommodated and staff were friendly and helpful when we needed to ask about things.

Brooke is a great therapist - the frangipani scrub and massages are fantastic!

Had the most wonderful treatment experience at Hampshire Court Hotel and Spa... the therapist Brooke provided the most relaxing and luxurious frangipani scrub, and, back, neck and shoulder massage too. I highly recommend her!

Repeat visits

I've stayed at this hotel several times now and each time has been a pleasant experience. The staff are always friendly and willing to help. The rooms are spacious with very comfortable bedding. Unfortunately, the spa was not as good during my most recent visit. The steam room was closed and the sauna had an unpleasant smell, but we still enjoyed the pool.

Comfortable and relaxing stay, but unable to use the Tennis courts.

We (2 adults, 2 teenagers, 1 dog) were very comfortable in our 2 rooms with a handy connecting door. Bed and bowl provided for our dog. The adult pool area was clean and pleasantly calm, quiet and relaxing, the gym impressive and the food in the bar/lounge tasty and nicely presented. Staff were polite and efficient. What we were disappointed about: one reason why we came here was to play Tennis. Unfortunately, we were not told when booking that, due to a tournament in the hall, this would not be possible. It would have been courteous to inform us of this in advance. Hence we are deducting one point off our review score.

Really enjoyable spa treatment with friendly staff

I had a spa treatment with Faran, she was very friendly and really good at what she does. She was knowledgeable on Elemis products and made me and my partner feel comfortable. I would recommend.

Excellent facilities in a lovely hotel.

Stayed for 2 separate nights during a sports tournament being held there. Have stayed before so knew it would be good... and it was. Good clean rooms, good food, nice atmosphere, helpful staff, everything I hoped for. Would very much recommend.
