Our guests are advised that they should make contact direct with the Registrar in Basingstoke concerning arrangements for their ceremony.
When a provisional booking is made for a civil ceremony at the hotel, please contact the Superintendent Registrar at Basingstoke on 0300 555 1392. to ensure availability before confirming with us.

Basing / Chineham Suite: Max 120 guests, £500
Tournament Suite: Max 80 guests, £400
Hampshire Lounge / Vyne Room: Max 40 guests, £350
Courtyard Gazebo: Max 12 guests, £350
Please note: no alcohol is allowed in the ceremony room. The above prices include VAT and don't include the Registrars fee.
