For a £20 fee at the time of booking give yourself the peace of mind of being able to cancel up to 48 hours prior to arrival. Simply select the ‘Booking Flexibility’ in the enhanced section in our booking engine.
I booked a spa break with a good friend. Lovely room and very friendly restaurant and front desk staff. Spa treatment was exceptional - really good massage from Holly who made sure that I was comfortable and received the treatment I wanted.
I had a few days break at this wonderful hotel. It’s very spacious and accommodating at every level. The staff were extremely helpful and kind. The spa and gym facilities were first class.
I had [a] spa day with Prosecco, lunch and a 50 minute treatment. Susan gave me a very relaxing back massage with facial. I would return for sure for the same treatment . Really friendly lady and the products she used were amazing.
I had a couple of treatments with the new senior therapist Stevie. It was very professional and to a very good standard. It was good to experience some new talent in the spa. I'm looking forward to my next treatments already.
I went for a spa treatment and Suzanne was amazing. My eyebrows were shaped beautifully and the right colour was applied. Suzanne was very polite and patient with me as I am scared of wax …. I will definitely go back.
