We are excited to announce that we are slowly reintroducing fitness classes back to our leisure club. Find out more below about the classes that are available. Pre-booking is required and spaces are limited. Members can book online using your online MemberZone.

Monday:

9am: Body Jam

Cardio workout where you are free to enjoy the sensation of dance.

9am: Spin

Cycling class indoors using endurance to build up a sweat.

10am: Body Pump

Original barbell class that shapes, tones and strengthens your entire body.

6pm: Spin

Tuesday:

9.15am: Aqua

Performance of aerobic exercise in the swimming pool.

10am: Spin

6pm: HIIT

9.30am: Body Conditioning

Whole body workout that can improve your overall fitness.

Friday:

9.30am: Body Balance

Unique workout which incorporates Yoga, Tai Chi and Pilates to help improve flexibility, build strength and leave you feeling relaxed and calm.

7pm: Body Combat

Exercise class that lets you punch and kick your way towards your fitness goals.

Saturday:

9am: Bodyjam

Cardio workout where you are free to enjoy the sensation of dance.

10am: Grit Strength

30-minute high-intensity interval training (HIIT) workout, designed to improve strength, cardiovascular fitness and build lean muscle.

10am: Spin

Cycling class indoors using endurance to build up a sweat.

Sunday:

9am: Body Combat

Exercise class that lets you punch and kick your way towards your fitness goals.
